My husband needs to be baptized. He felt the need to be as a teenager, but quickly changed his mind because the preacher didn't acknowledge him at church (long story)...he wants to have that overwhelming feeling from Christ again...please pray for him.
Please pray for John Johnson. He is having surgery today 1-19-10 at 11:30am. They will repair a 2.2 cm tear in the descending aorta; which means they will implant a tube to cover the tear and clot. They will go through the groin, surgery is 2 hrs. If all is well he will be 1 night in the hospital. John's ascending aorta is dilated to 5 cm. Normal is 2.5. Please pray with us that God will heal that aneurysm in the way He sees best. He is also full of gall stones and has a tumor on his liver which has left him very weak.
I need God's strength, peace, and discernement concerning something that has been brought up inside our marriage. I know God will get us thru but at this time I feel sad, disappointed, and numb.
Our daughter needs direction for her life. Thank you.

Our dryer has decided to quit working right after the expense of the holidays. Yikes! Please pray we will find a solution quickly. God is good. He is great. He will provide.

We have a financial need. My husband is down to only working about one day a week for a couple months and we are struggling to pay our bills. We need money for our car payment or it will be Repo'd soon. We need money for rent for january. I know God has this under control, but the fear of the unknown really gets to us . So please pray for us.
